Acceptable Use Policy
The following acceptable use policy are binding to all Stream Madness customers upon completion of an order form and activation of service. All customers agree to these terms upon signup:
1. Content. Subscriber is free to host any content that they have the legal right to distribute, including adult content. Any content that promotes illegal activity is not allowed on our servers.
2. Spam. Customers are not allowed to use our servers for the sending of bulk unsolicited Email messages. This is cause for immediate termination of services.
3. Licensing. Customer is responsible for all fees that may result from broadcasting using our broadcast servers including, but not limited to, performance royalties and ASCAP/BMI/SESAC licensing.
4. IRC. The running of IRC or other related chat clients on our servers is strictly prohibited.
5. Integrity. Customer will not run any process that undermines the integrity of our servers. Customer will not hack into, or breach the security of our servers or any related services.
6. Server Usage. Stream Madness has the sole disgression to terminate an account for overusage of server resources. A good faith effort will be made to ensure that the customer's services can be maintained before this action is taken.
7. Changes. This acceptable use policy may be amended at any time. Notice will be given to customers of any changes at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
